cordyceps sinensis capsules – my experiance after taking these miracle mushrooms.
Just a short history of what happened…
Damn, I was fat and out of shape – my job requires me to sit down alot and I used to go to the gym regularly until work assignments got on top and its been 1 and a half years since I visited my gym, so I decided that procrastinating had resulted in squat diddly… it was time to get back into shape and lose some pounds! First thing I did was check out what information I could find on cordyceps sinensis, I had read on http://living.health.com/2009/03/29/cordyceps-a-magic-mushroom-energy-enhancer/ that cordyceps was able to give some benefits to its users so I thought why not – it seemed good enough for chinese athletes so why not aim high and stand or run up to the challenge?
I found out alot about cordyceps sinensis before I even started to run, as with anyone else who hasnt heard of a herb of this kind before, I wanted to make sure it was safe and it wouldnt harm me in anyway… eventually I found out the US Food and Drug Administration had classed this as a Generally Recognised As Safe, with a growing number of supporters and scientists claiming it to be a uper food which can be included in most diets. When I started to choose an exercise regime, the C25K running program seemed to offer me the most, it was challenging but its basis almost seems to be like Roman Legion exercise, where they would jog, run, walk, jog, walk, run – these tough bouts of varied running seemed to work for them so I wanted to give this method a try. Having eaten some cordycep sinensis one hour before hand before every run, I found it to be easier and I had alot more energy – sure it was punishing on the first run but it was the recovery time which stunned me, I dont care what anyone says if you exercise irregular you always feel the pinch right after whether its an ache or slight lingering discomfort – but after I had stopped running and was in dire need of oxygen, I found that I didnt need to slump on the ground or lean up and take 10 minutes to stop my heart from trying to divorce me whilst trying to keep my head from feeling like it was about to explode… it was just a few moments of catching my breath and the strange thing is I managed to do the first 3 sessions without complaining or even stopping in between.
I decide to start on week 3 of the training program and skipped weeks 1 and 2 because I was going to train with a friend and didn’t want to drag or slow him down. The first time out The most amazing thing happened! I was able to jog for 90 seconds, then walk for 90 seconds to cool down and then start jogging again for 3 minutes taking another 90 second break before doing one last 3 minute run again. I’m sure some of you athletic kids and adults will say that that is nothing but try doing that when you’ve been out of shape for over 6 months and had been ignoring the weight you gained and had a penchant for blaming other things for the problem instead of addressing the problem with exercise and a healthier lifestyle. So anyway, after my first training I was convinced I’d get as much help as possible and the results using cordyceps sinensis were amazing.
I am still “big” but I am definitely losing weight and feel much more in control of my habits and myself. My concentration has gone up along with a feeling of being generally healthier. I am sure the exercise is playing a part in this but when training and using cordyceps sinensis I feel distinctively different. This includes my stamina and recovery time after exercising. My aches and pains after exercising are not lasting as long and my breathing is definitely easier. If you look on the internet, you will see other people report the same excellent results as long as they keep up their intake of cordyceps sinensis.
So when you want to start stepping up to the challenge – all you have to do is get some cordyceps sinensis and start your journey onto better health, a higher rate of endurance and ample loads of energy and to top it off this is not toxic in any amounts – go on give it a try, you wont be dissapointed.
