The Fat Smash Diet Plan has a devoted following. Why, what is it and how does it work?
The plan has four phases, which are designed to help you lose weight while adjusting your lifestyle so that you never again feel the need to try another diet. So, hopefully, this will be the guilt free diet that works for you.
The first phase of the Fat Smash Diet plan is nine days long. This phase cleans and detoxifies your system. This phase of the diet helps to clear out the toxins from your body, so helps you to feel much better. You eat your veggies raw, steamed, or grilled, drink lots of water, and limit fats. The best part of phase I is that you get to eat very often – four to five times a day. You can have skimmed or soy milk, legumes, oatmeal, as many vegetables as you want, tofu, and beans amongst other things.
The second phase of the Fat Smash Diet plan. On the tenth day you can add meat to the plan. Seafood, lean meats, whole grain cereals, and even eggs, butter, and sugar can now be added. You can steam or grill your meals, and continue to eat small meals many times per day. This will continue for a three week period.
The third phrase is four weeks total. You can now add more foods which include bread and pasta.
The fourth phase is ongoing and can, and hopefully will, last continually, because you have now changed your eating habits. The good habits that you have developed in phases 1, 2 and 3 will provide you with the tools to now make the choice of choosing healthy, nutritious foods in adequate portions.
